										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Me encanta madrugar en otoño, cuando la luz es aún de un gris azulado y el silencio se rompe con el burbujear de la cafetera. No concibo arrancar la mañana sin un buen desayuno, para mí es una de las comidas esenciales del día y siempre procuro sentarme y dedicarle el tiempo que se merece. En esta ocasión el protagonista ha sido un crumble de uvas negras, remolacha y manzana. Delicioso, sencillo y contundente.</p>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">170 gr de azúcar moreno</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Una pizca de sal</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">2 manzanas peladas, cortadas en trozos y asadas<br />
</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">1 cucharada sopera de aceite de coco</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">2 cucharadas de harina de trigo integral</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">1 cucharada de canela en polvo</li>

<h6><span style="font-weight: 400;">PARA EL CRUMBLE</span></h6>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">100 gr de mantequilla derretida</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">75 gr de azúcar moreno</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">75 gr de harina</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">75 gr de copos de avena integrales</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">1 cucharada de extracto de vainilla</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">1 cucharada de sal</span></li>
</ul>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Precalienta el horno a 170 °. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">En una cazuela introducir las uvas, el azúcar y la sal y cocinar hasta que reduzcan a la mitad (aproximadamente 10 minutos). Retirar del fuego y reservar. En otra cazuela vierte la remolacha pelada y troceada con agua y deja hervir durante 15 minutos o hasta que esté blanda. Bate el contenido con una batidora de mano y reserva. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pela las manzanas, trocéalas en cuartos desechando el corazón y las semillas, con ayuda de una brocha de silicona rocíalas con un poco de aceite de coco y hornéalas en una bandeja durante 15 minutos. Una vez horneadas las manzanas, retira la bandeja del horno, añade las uvas, la remolacha, la canela en polvo y la harina y mezcla los ingredientes con una cuchara de madera.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">En otro recipiente, mezcla la mantequilla con el azúcar, la harina, la avena, la vainilla y la sal con las manos hasta que se forme una masa grumosa. Desmenuza esta masa sobre la mezcla de fruta dejando grandes grumos. Hornea el crumble hasta que el relleno burbujeé y la pasta esté dorada (unos 35-40 minutos). Dejar enfriar y servir.</span></p>

<h3>CRUMBLE</h3>
<p>I love to get up early in autumn, when the light is still blue-gray and the silence is broken by the bubbling of the coffee maker. I dont conceive start the morning without a good breakfast, for me is one of the essential meals and always I try to sit down and devote the time it deserve. This time the protagonist has been a crumble of black grapes, beets and apple. Delicious, simple and powerful.</p>

FOR THE FILLING<br />
</span></h6>
<ul>
<li>750 g of black grapes without seeds chopped</li>
<li>1 raw beets</li>
<li>170 g of brown sugar</li>
<li>A little bit of salt</li>
<li>2 apples, peeled, chopped and baked</li>
<li>1 tablespoon coconut oil</li>
<li>2 tablespoons whole wheat flour</li>
<li>1 tablespoon of cinnamon podwer</li>
</ul>
<h6><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br />
FOR THE CRUMBLE<br />

<ul>
<li>100 g of melted butter</li>
<li>75 g brown sugar</li>
<li>75 g flour</li>
<li>75 g whole oat flakes</li>
<li>1 tablespoon vanilla extract</li>
<li>1 tablespoon salt</li>

<p>Preheat oven to 170 °. In a saucepan introduce grapes, sugar and salt and cook until reduced by half (about 10 minutes). Remove from heat and reserve. In another pan pour peeled and chopped beets with water and simmer for 15 minutes or until soft. Blend the content with a hand blender and reserve.</p>
<p>Peel the apples, quartered, discarding the core and seeds, using a silicone brush with a little coconut oil over the fruit in a pan and bake for 15 minutes. Once baked apples, remove the pan from the oven, add the grapes, beets, cinnamon and flour and mix the ingredients with a wooden spoon.</p>
<p>In another bowl, mix the butter with the sugar, flour, oats, vanilla and salt with your hands until a crumbly dough. Crumble the dough over the fruit mixture leaving large clumps. Bake the crumble until filling is bubbly and pastry is golden (35-40 minutes). Cool and serve.</p>
