										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hoy te traigo un básico que se repite en casa muchas veces: el archifamoso <strong>pudin de chia</strong>, en esta ocasión en su versión chocolateada con un <strong>toque de vainilla y canela</strong>. Me encanta hacer pudin de chia porque es muy versátil y versionable, es nutritivo, super saludable y además te permite homenajearte con un capricho dulce absolutamente libre de culpa, ya que todo es natural y sin procesar.  Va genial con tropezones de frutas, aunque esta receta la he aderezado con muy poquito y ha quedado perfecta.<span id="more-9778"></span></p>

Si ves que te queda un poco seco, puedes añadir más líquido y remover bien a la hora de servir. <li>2 cup de bebida vegetal (de avena en mi caso)</li>
<li>1/2 cup de semillas de chia bio</li>
<li>2 cucharadas de cacao raw en polvo</li>
<li>1 cucharadita de canela en polvo</li>
<li>1/2 cucharadita de vainilla bio en polvo</li>
<li>2 cucharadas de panela</li>
<li>Toppings: choco rallado, almendra laminada, semillas de cáñamo y hierbabuena</li>
</ul>

					<h3 class="penci-recipe-title">INSTRUCCIONES</h3>
					<p>1. En un tarro de cristal, mezclamos la bebida vegetal con el cacao, la vainilla, la panela y la canela. Yo me he ayudado de un batidor de leche para integrar mejor.<br />
2. Vertimos las semillas de chia, cerramos el frasco y agitamos bien.<br />
3. Refrigeramos un mínimo de 1 hora, hasta que las semillas de chia absorban el líquido y reblandezcan.<br />
4. Servimos con los toppings al gusto y consumimos frío.<br />
5. Se conserva bien 2-3 días en frigorífico.</p>

<h3>INGREDIENTES</h3>

<p>&#8211; 250 gr de harina de trigo integral ecológica<br />
&#8211; 200 cl de leche de avena (o cualquier otra leche vegetal)<br />
&#8211; 1 granada grande desgranada<br />
&#8211; 15 gr de stevia en polvo (para un resultado poco dulce, si te gusta dulce añade más)<br />
&#8211; 1 cucharada sopera de levadura ecológica de reposteria<br />
&#8211; 1 cuchara sopera de jengibre en polvo<br />
&#8211; 2 cucharadas soperas de aceite de oliva virgen extra<br />
&#8211; 1 puñado de pipas de girasol y pipas de calabaza<br />
&#8211; 1 puñado de semillas de lino y sésamo</p>

<p>En primer lugar desgrana la granada y reserva. Tamiza la harina y añade después las trazas una vez tamizadas. Vierte sobre la harina la leche, la stevia, la levadura, el jengibre, las dos cucharadas de aceite de oliva y remueve hasta conseguir una masa homogénea. Añade los granos de granada y las pipas y sigue removiendo con ayuda de una cuchara de madera hasta integrar todos los ingredientes.</p>
<p>Precalienta el horno a 170º y forra con papel vegetal engrasado un molde alargado. Vierte la mezcla en el molde forrado, espolvorea la superficie con las semillas de lino y sésamo y hornea durante unos 30-40 min (dependerá de tu horno). Te aconsejo revisar durante el horneado para que no se queme la superficie. Pincha con un cuchillo y retira del horno cuando éste salga limpio. Deja reposar sobre una rejilla para que enfríe y listo!<br />
*Una nota curiosa: los granos de granada del interior del bizcocho quedan prácticamente incoloros y transparentes con el horneado, sin embargo los de la superficie mantienen su intenso color intacto!<br />

<h3>POMEGRANATE CAKE</h3>
<p>These days pomegranates are the absolute protagonists of my breakfast. Today I share a simple, colorful and very low calorie recipe. Pomegranate vegan cake with sunflower /pumpkin seeds that will help you start the morning with a lot of energy. Its texture is spongy and soft flavor, I&#8217;ve accompanied by a spoonful of organic Nutella and the mixture is delicious.</p>

<h3>INGREDIENTS</h3>

<ul>
<li>250 grams of organic whole wheat flour</li>
<li>200 cl oat milk (or any other plant milk)</li>
<li>1 pomegranate (big size)</li>
<li>15 g of powdered stevia (for a little sweet result, if you like sweet add more)</li>
<li>1 tablespoon of organic yeast for pastries</li>
<li>1 tablespoon ground ginger</li>
<li>2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil</li>
<li>1 handful of sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds</li>
<li>1 handful of flax seeds and sesame</li>
</ul>

<p>First shelled the pomegranate and reserve. Sift the flour. Pour milk over the flour, stevia, baking powder, ginger, two tablespoons of olive oil and stir until a smooth dough. Add pomegranate&#8217;s beans and sunflower-pumpkin seeds and continue stirring using a wooden spoon to incorporate all ingredients.</p>
<p>Preheat oven to 170 degrees and lined with greased baking paper an elongated mold. Pour the mixture into the lined pan, sprinkle the surface with linseed and sesame and bake for about 30-40 minutes (depends on your oven). I advise checking during baking so that the surface does not burn. Pricked with a knife and remove from oven when comes out clean. Let stand on wire rack to cool and go!<br />
* A curious note: pomegranate beans inside the cake are virtually colorless and transparent after baking, however the surface kept intact its intense color!</p>
